To be in good health, our body needs a balanced diet made of healthy foods. Lots of vegetables, fruits, a small amount of animal protein, some cereals (whole?for fibers), fats of top quality - vegetable fats and preferably raw.
It is important to choose balanced fats: the right proportion between saturated fats, mono and polyunsaturated. Do not eliminate fats, they are necessary. Consume as little as possible cooked fats (pasteurized butter) or refined (oils).
