Sweet dough
  1. Place the flour, confectioners' sugar, and Jadida in the mixer-blender turned on low speed, and use the blade.
  2. Add the whisked eggs. Knead just enough to get a smooth and homogeneous dough. For thicker pies, add 10 g of yeast in the flour in order for the dough to have more air and thus becomes easier to cut without breaking.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
